Healthy Eating Action Program

The Healthy Eating Action Program (HEAP) supports secondary schools in implementing a comprehensive action plan designed to create a healthier nutrition environment within the school setting. This program is designed to help remove some of the barriers schools experience in creating a healthier nutrition environment through the contribution of community partnership and funding ($1,000.00).

All secondary schools in Brantford and the County of Brant are eligible to apply. Applications can be downloaded from the Forms section on the left.
