The Community Contribution Program supports community organizations working together to increase community capacity for healthy living.
Eligible program applicants may be eligible to receive up to $2,000.00 for initiatives that address one or more of the four primary risk factors - physical inactivity, unhealthy eating, smoking and stress - among youth aged 7 to 18 years and their families in
